Web/Database Application Developer
Charlton Consulting Group is seeking a smart, savvy and self-directed programmer to join a growing team responsible for designing, developing and supporting interactive web applications for large corporate clients.
We are looking for someone who has experience with and a solid understanding of
- Adobe Flash, Adobe Flex, ActionScript 2 and 3, ASP.NET
- Using Flex to develop interactive web applications with client-server architectural considerations
- Developing UI components using MXML and ActionScript
- Integrating Flash/Flex with ASP.NET applications
- Designing and building Flex applications that interact with data services
In addition to strong technical skills, the successful candidate should also have
- Analytical, organizational, interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and to contribute to an entrepreneurial environment
- Attention to detail and a strong customer service orientation
- The desire to find unique solutions to problems and challenges
- A desire and ability to interact on occasion with clients
